Strange! Correspondents in The Telegraph and Hindustan Times, and Debak in Kolkata Mirror write that Richa Gupta(picture) is the second girl to be at the helm in Presi after someone in 1980s. But Sourav tells me that she should be the third after Ajanta Ghosh in early 1990s. He tells me he gathered this information from Dipanjan da, former G-Sec of PCU.
